Dear sir,
I am from pallikaranai, for the past few days a diseased stray dog sits/sleeps in from of my door all the time. Blood and something like water drips from its body. Also cant bear the bad smell. Cant go outside the house we are afraid of being bitten by that dog and also even if we make it go it comes again and gain.. we have children at home we are very afraid of getting disease. It is so bad. We cant go out itself. Please help us as soon as possible. We are too afraid to get some disease because of it.
