Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — Dog barking and bikes are parked on the road

Rangarajapuram 5th street, 1st house on right side. Saidapet, chennai 600015

Bikes of all 6 tenants parked on the road. Unable to drive out the car from house. After repeated request no action taken. In the same house 2 dogs were barking through out the day.im not able work fr home and not able to sleep. Kindly intervene on urgent basis.
