This is to bring to you attention that the street dogs in Anna Nagar, pammal are creating a nuisance to the community. People work Late and come around 12, these dogs create a nuisance to these citizens.They bark and howl all.night; these are exam time for several university.students getting sleep is getting difficult atight. They also ru around with open wouns.after fighting which I attacks flies and moaquito to create a difficult problem altogether. Your assistance in this matter is much appreciated.
