I'm living in Selvam Nagar second main road, ponniammanmedu, next to RC apartment there is a unused land where few dogs are trapped and are severely affected by diseases and stinks in the nearby areas, which are affecting human health and some dogs are jumping up the fence and trying to bite pedestrians.
