Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — garbage not cleared regularly

Dear sirs,
I am residing in kanchi street, vgp shanthi nagar, pallikaranai.in our street, the person responsible for cleaning the road and clearing the garbage does not come regularly. Since there is no proper dustbins set in our area, some people just throw their garbage in open areas or vacant plots which is a major concern of health hazard. When asked, the person sarcastically replies to raise a complaint if we want and he himself would give his superior's number. Recently, during diwali, he hasnt turned up continuously for some days and the remains of the burst crackers remain scattered all over the street. Request to do the needful to address this issue.
