Illegal house construction of multi-storeyed building without any building plan approval from the competent authorities in the unapproved plot at site plot no.5, sree balaji nagar, 3rd street, vanagaram, chennai-95 by ms. M. Surya prabha w/o. Mr. D. Dinesh (Phone no.[protected] /[protected] at old survey no.36/2, new survey no.36/2a4, 36/2a5 by encroaching one part of my land and encroaching the 16 feet public road at survey no.33 (Sree balaji nagar, 3rd cross street, vanagaram, chennai-95) wherein intervening the power lines laid by the tamil nadu electricity board. A petition was given in this regard on 09.05.2019 to the asst. Engineer, tneb, vanagaram, ch-95, so far he has not taken on this illegal power supply given to multi-storey building and has taken bribe from ms. M. Suryaprabha and facilitating her to do the work and and planned to shift the grid which is is in correct position in the road, by putting it in the centre of the road.

The asst. Engineer, tneb, vanagaram has taken bribe from the encroacher and not taking any action to disconnect the power supply given to her in the construction site, which is endangered to the public dwelling in that place and the childrens who are playing at the street.
