Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — I'm complaining about irregular garbage collection in my locality

I am residing at Dhandeewaram 9th cross street in Velachery, Chennai. And this is to inform that the garbage bin is not regularly and completely emptied in my neighbourhood. Those who come to collect it, only empty the overflowing part of the bins and do not empty it completely. Due to this, there is the inconvenience of rats roaming in the neighbourhood and sometimes residents continue to dump the bins and overflows to the ground. Request the Corporation to ensure the concerned person empties the entire bin during each trip of collecting the garbage.
