Sir,
Please refer to my complaint regarding name correction of my daughter's name. Customer complaint id no. 2107022 dated 12.10.2018.
I am sorry to state that so far the correction has not been carried out.
As it is urgently required for renewal if visa purpose, please accord top priority and make necessary corrections in the birth certificate of a krithika. (Wrongly mentioned as a kiruthika).
I hope you will pay personal attention in the matter and make necessary corrections.

Please catch hold of the stray dogs in Ambedkar street - Nanmangalam. We are facing huge trouble and some sleepless nights due them barking in the night and the dogs are causing problem for the people in the neighbourhood. Please take action soon.

Garbage has been not cleared in New Washermenpet (Ward No. 39) for the past few days. It has resulted in the garbage being strewed around and getting decomposed emnating unbearable stench. It is also breeding ground for insects & mosquitos. I would request the authorities concerned to get the garbage cleared at the earliest and restore sanitation.
