Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — Neighbor dog barking

Our neighbor dog is barking constantly all day and night without stop. We have talked to them already about the dog barking but they never listed . Our whole street is disturbed by them and they have complained too but still they did not pay attention to it. The dog is German shepherd and it barks simply without a reason.
