My next door neighbour is real estate mediator office. He is having a dog tied-up in the campus. It goes on barking at late nights, early in the mornings before sunrise, and in the afternoons. Mostly it barks when owners not in the premises. Real estate mediator uses his place occassionally. NOBODY LIVING IN THE CAMPUS. Dog is alone, that is why its going on barking.
Many many times, we reported the barking to his son, (but he behaves arrogantly and ignores us). All other neighbours surrounding the house reported directly, but father & son ignore everyones complaint.
Day by day barking is increasing and creating nuisance.
