Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — neighbour petting stray dogs in a community of 24 houses

Iam living in a gated community containing 24 houses. One of the neighbour has two stray dogs whuch had never been vaccinated. There are more than 10 kids in this gated community. Despite repeated requests, those neighbours are not listening. Instead they r encouraging all the street dogs by feeding them. One of the dog is severely wounded in his neck. Please take action
