Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — no bus shelter and motorists riding on people pathways

Dear sir/madam,

There is no bus shelter for people to stand at adayar signal (Near pazhamudhir cholai, biba shops). Its very difficult for us to get bus to t. Nagar/gunidy from that bus stop because of no shelter. People are standing in the road and # motorists are going in pathways where we are standing. During rainy days, it has become very difficult for us to stand there without shelter. I tried writing a complaint to mtc web complaint service. It is not working. So i thought i could write here so that it will be posted if you want.
