Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — Please Relocate the Garbage bins in front of my house

There are 8 garbage bins in front of my house. People dump the dead animals there. The garbage collected by the corporation cleaner is dumping the garbage inside the bin resulting the overflow of the bin within 3 hours. People from other streets came here to throw garbage here. It smells a lot. Dogs and crows dig the garbage and bring the smelly rubbish into my house. Please remove or relocate the Garbage bin and keep the place clean and healthy for us. We are tired of complaining several times.
