Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — pouring sewage water into vacant land in puthagaram

I am a resident of independant house living in subban nagar puthagaram chennai-99.

There is vacant land adjacent to my house and some residences and flats are letting their drainage water into that vacant land, due to above said reasons the entire area is flooded with dirty sewage water.

I addition to that they also throw all wastes like left over food items, plastic covers, clothes etc and the entire place is home of rats, snakes and mosquitoes. If they use it with care, we may not bother since they are poor people leading a decent life. So above menace of letting dirty water one side and dirty surroundings other side spoils the entire atmosphere.
Also it has been already informed to local municipality workers couple of times to take action but they didn't take any action.

I request the municipal authorities to urgently look into the bad surrounding and help we tax payers to lead a healthy life. Also old people is also located nearby. Hope the complaint is understood in right spirit and action taken as soon as possible.
