Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — Rabies dogs complaint

I am contacting from Ayapakkam, Ezhil nagar (ambattur) there are lot of stray dogs with Rabies in our vicinity and they bark and try to bite the bike riders and make the babies afraid. Especially there is dog names Blacky in the 6th street which impregnates all the female dogs from other areas and when the female dog delivers puppies it bites and eats them and lets the left over on the road which is highly contagious during this pandemic. Please help us by catching these stray dogs.
