I live 3d/8 ram nagar, pillayarkovil street, in velachery, chennai. (Landmak-rettai pillayarkovil)... Of late we are being terribly disturbed by street dogs howling in our locality at nights. So much so that its getting difficult to sleep and we are more often than not being woken up by the howls and dog screams. Please take necessary action on it asap...
