Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — scavengers demanding money to pick day to day garbage

Due to heavy rains.. Plants and small trees in my home fell down. We cleaned everything and put them in disposable bags. But the scavengers are demanding more than 200 rs to take it in the garbage truck. Even after giving money they are not taking the trash. We have no other place to dispose. Kindly do the needful.
