Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — Slow progress in processing Death certificate

My father died on Jan 30th, 2023, and I applied for the death certificate on Feb 6th, 2023. I provided all the documents required (the SI approved it). However, after 15 whole days, the application is still not even registered. The excuse provided is a "server issue".
I work in IT/semiconductors myself and I have never experienced an IT server issue for more than 1 day. It is unfathomable that a government organization allows the contractors to not fix a critical issue for more than 2 weeks. Why pay for something and settle for so less standards?

It is beyond my comprehension that my country, which wanted to be a superpower in 2020, cannot even fix a server.

All I want is to get my death certificate on time. 15 days is more than enough to process a simple document, and if any more time is required, you should really consider replacing the officials with someone who can actually work.

I believe you can check my dad's death certificate with his Adhaar number (since its a unique id and it should serve its purpose)

The corporation completed this soon after. The issue was not from the Ambattur municipality side (I was with them when they showed me the complaints they had issued regarding the server not working, and also showed me the entire registration procedure they did).

The issue was clearly only from the server backend-frontend communication = a pure IT issue that should be addressed by the DPH since they use contractors to take care of it. I hope that DPH works harder to fix such issues in the future.
The Ambattur municipality completed my dad's death certificate procedure soon after.

The problem was not from their side, but rather the server side (I say this because they showed me the procedure completely and also the complaint emails and conversations they had while trying to fix the issues)

The true problem was the poor server service that the DPH had contracted out (the organization is unknown). I hope in the future, DPH will act more strictly with its contractors to fix such server issues within a shorter time frame (which I know is completely possible since I had worked in a similar field)
