There are packs of stray dogs in our street which have grown in large numbers over the years. They are constantly being fed by a group of people who keep the food at our building entrance. They don’t stop despite raising objections & are very arrogant about it. The stray dogs have become a safety concern & a nuisance by barking & howling especially at night.
