Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — Stray/Street Dogs killed 5 Cat Babies, 1 Big Cat and 1 small Puppy

Hi Sir,

I am Rajesh Kumar G from Chennai. In my residential area, there are about 5 Dogs which is hunting and killing other pets like Cats (5 Baby Cats and 1 Big Cat) and also a small Puppy too... These are very much strange while Bikers travel on road. Even today they tried to catch up a Big cat but by God's grace it got escaped. Herewith I am attaching the Video footage of all those Stray Dogs behavior.
