Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — street dogs problem - unbearable smell.

Sir, i am kartik resident of 6th main road mgr nagar velachery. There are lot of street dogs in and around our street and there is a disease dog which is sleeping below our staircase while we were not in home and have become a big nuisance. Since it has some disease there is some very bad smell coming from it. Can you please kindly catch them from our street.
