Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — unauthorized / illegal construction

Dear officer,

I'm suresh living in nanganallur, (Nehru high road b v nagar), chennai -61, i would like to register a complaint regarding unauthorized construction from my neighbor.

According to the survey, while constructing our house we have left 2 feet distance and built our wall. We have informed the same to our neighbor too about the same. Person residing backside of our house is constructing building in our space, we have informed about the same to them, first they said he will not construct in that space but in our absence in last week they started constructing the basement works, upon asking the same they are threatening my mother as you go where ever you go and complaint.

Please guide me on registering an complaint regarding the same
