Officials of corporation of greater chennai are never concerned with cleanliness. They shirk their duties, remaining shammers in fact. Tn govt. Propagates about cleanliness, widely, but takes no actions for the removal/clearance of the garbages heaped on the streets, then and there.
No corporation water for the past 10 days. Cmwssb remains quiet and fails to take note of the plights of the public. But, they are very particular in collecting taxes. Spread of corona virus cannot be stopped. On the other hand, it will spread vigorously, taking advantage of the unhygienic conditions of the streets, lanes, roads and the environs.
