Myself pradeep harlalka the resident of
Shahdara, kabool nagar, delhi-110032,
I am very much upset about our street dogs. The time which happening is 03:19,
Few hours ago the dogs catches two small child and one of them is my small brother of age 9 years old. There are 9 or 10 dogs in our street and they always catch or run after child and people which are going from near them. They all biting people day by day and this matter is increased in our street number-5 so much
Near sai mandir. Please help us urgently.
It is so much idiotic and humorous situation for me. Please help us.
