I am apoorv kumar, location “vp block, pitampura, new delhi - 110034. Please take action on the growing mischiefs of stray dogs. They have become so dangerous for our locality. Today morning a dog bitten someone's without any reason.
Please pay concern to this grievance of residents.
These dogs have also become a great reason for the littering of streets and roads, they also disturb people by howling at night. Sometimes they start barking with no reason which leaves us disturbed and results in deviated concentration. Please take an action very quickly.
