Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — blockage of sewer - cleaning it with pump

Sir,

I am a resident of 1727/5, govindpuri extn., kalkaji, new delhi. I lodged a complaint under reference no.[protected] and the same was attended to by someone from mcd. Although he partially solved the problem of blockage but the main problem remains as it is. The portion of main sewer line in front of my home still seems to have blockage due to which the sewage water is pushing back. The man who came to clear the blockage told us that the problem could only be solved fully using a pump to clear the blockage.. Therefore, kindly depute someone with the pump and have the problem fixed, urgently.
