This drain needs to be cleaned urgently

The owners of residential flat C-408, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, who have constructed a big room under the cover of a big tent illegally on the front open terrace of their terrace, have now done a similar illegal construction on the back side of their flat, which is visible as per the picture attached. The owner of this flat is on the rampage of illegal constructions all round his flat. A complaint stands already lodged regarding the illegal construction on the front open terrace but no demolition has been done so far. All these illegal constructions need to be demolished immediately. The JE concerned Mr. Siya Ram Mina is hand in glove with the violators. He should be removed immediately and this illegal construction demolished
