I already complaunt online but no action has been taken. The concerned persons came and told me that their tools were stolen and would come next day and they did mot turn up. They opened one jaali and told me that their tools were broken. They could not open others as the jaalis were jammed and one can easily see that the jaalis were not opened for many years.
Now what to do now?
My complaint no. Was [protected] dated 06/06/2017 and i got email that my complaint has been resolved. How the complaint can be resolved.
Please take action and resolve my complaint asap.

Sps wadhawan's response On line filing of property tax for year 2017-18 shows an amount of INR 35/- being added for the UPIC (Unique property identification card). However, this amount has already been charged by SDMC in the property return for 2016-17 and paid by property owners. The UPIC has already been received by some of the property owners. Being an owner of property in Janak Puri, I fail to understand why this double charging by SDMC? I have tried to contact many officials but I am being directed to different phone numbers. One of the official admitted that it may be a software mistake but expressed the inability to do any thing about it. Will SDMC look into this?CHARGING BY sdmc. Are

On line filling of propert tax shows rs 35 towards issue o[censored]pic. This amount has already been chrged by sdmc in the return for 2016-17. Why this double charge from house owners.?
