This has happened for the third consecutive time that MCD staff who gathers to collect the mud gathered around in front of our house which is 31/17 west Patel Nagar New Delhi -110008 have refused to do the same...When asked to do so they refused saying it's not their job plus the supervisor is extremely rude..request you to take action at the earliest.
