Mcd has collected one time parking charges along with conversion charges for commercial use of property. But those who have paid parking charges are not able to utilise the space for which parking charges is paid, as any one keeps his vehicle there. Therefore mcd should put sign boards in from of houses for their reserved parking, if one time parking charges have been collected for said houses and there should be some method to prevent others to use said parking, which is reserved on having received one time parking charges.
