I, rahul rana from new delhi mayur vihar phase - 3, ghadoli dairy farm, here by to inform you that we people has been disturbed by the street dog...in our locality there is a black dog living in our gali... He stabbed people when the people trying walk along the side of roads..
He always # in in front of my gate everyday.
And whenever i try to make him run other people of gali doesn' t support me. Please help us. We are done with this streer dog. I want you may please take strict action on the dog
