I live in sawan park ext ashok vihar ph -3 delhi in sewa bharti mandir gali... I want to say that in our street there are about 10 dogs who are suffering from itching because of which their skin is swollen... And a
There are many little children who play outside also had a risk to get that disease from them...
Kindly take a serious action as soon as possible...
