Dear sir. I am requesting to you that plz do something against stray dogs at i block gali no.420 mangol puri new delhi near dhan dhan satguru park. Here so much stray dogs are bark at people chase bikers and at night dogs makes so noise. We are facing this problem and 3 dogs are so much injured plz take a action against this problem.. Thank you. We people are so much disturb by these stray dogs approx 10 dogs are there.. Plzz kindly request to you thank you.
