Hi,
I have already raised a complaint dated 30/04/2017 complaint number being 1556134.
This has now become really urgent as the tree can any time fall and human life is in threat and property damage would also be seen.
We have kids playing and if the tree falls on them, they may be injured severly.
Appreciate a swift response.
