Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Cutting down of a dead tree that is a security hazzard

Mcd is non reactive to my complaint of cutting down of a dead tree that is about to fall and slowly parts of it are crashing down every time it rains and there is a storm

i am attaching pictures of
my complaint that has been recieved by mcd
dried dead tree that needs to be taken down
damage it has caused already to to heavy branches that are falling in heavy winds

my complaint is dated 22nd april 2022

why is MCD so non reactive?
