Dear Sir,
I Neha Gupta residence or kailash hills, new Delhi. My purpose for writing this is to make ur immediate attention towards the stray dogs in our society. There are many many dogs now a days in our locality. People and children can't move, play in the parks, not on the streets even.. dog biting and barking are increasing day by day. We can't sleep at nights they started barking and continue for the while night. Pls make the arrangements for immune and sterlize them at least so that their breed won't get multiply every day.
