This to inform you that i manish grover resident of f-22/154 sector -3 rohini delhi 110085, on the dividing road of pocket f-22 & f-24 near h. No. F-24/240 there are 4-5 dogs those are very dangerous & have been biting passersby & children playing on the street for more than 6 months but no action has been taken after many complaints, please take necessary action asap.
