My name is sagar singh from 27, Masihgarh, sukhdev vihar, near Masihgarh church, New delhi-110025 is suffering from the street dogs barking and biting the people of the locality due to which the People are very scared and helpless.dog was also biting on my leg on 13/01/2016 I requested to you sir please pay attention and send here immediately any dog catcher team.this area is soo dangerous after 9 PM know one can walk in this area.
