Refer your letter ref. Tax/CNZ/2018/4722 dt. 13th Feb. 2018 on subject matter in response to my application no. 2618 dt. 7th Feb. 2018.
- Please find enclosed copy of latest house tax paid receipt and there is no outstanding amount for this house. Next payment will be due in May 2018 and that will be paid as per schedule.
- Fees of INR 150/- is being deposited by my representative.
- We have already deposited required documents linkage between current owner in your record and new owner for updation of MCD records. As per our understanding, prior linkage is not relevant for this mutation as that is already part of your record. Sale Deed submitted to your office has all the relevant linkages mentioned and verified by Sub-Registrar office.
Still, if you need any specific document, we will be happy to submit self-attested copy to your office.
