There are many many cases witnessed of dog biting in the block but no action has been taken by the authorities in the past few months. Incase action is not taken we will expedite it to the media. After numerous complaints to the rwa and other senior people in the block no action seems to be initiated. They are actually waiting for accidents to happen.
