Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — dog biting residents creating fear

I am a resident of 16/227-228 malviya nagar. There are around one dozen stray dogs who come below my house as some residents feed them. One of the dogs has been biting people. The newspaper vendor, a passerby and few kids have been bitten by him. Please get these dogs removed. They line up at 6 am in the morning everyday. It’s difficult to step out. The photo i have added it at 9 am when the other dogs have gone and three are still there, threatening passerby’s.
