Hello sir/ Madam I live in street Number - 3, Vijay Enclave, New Delhi -110045, here there are 1 female dog and 2 small dogs that try to bite every single person who cross from street, and also make lots of noise at night by barking and fighting all the time and also they are suffering form itching and also they are not mentally fine.
