Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Drain water collect in front of my house

Sir,
Drainy water collect in front of my house as my neighbour daily throw the collet water. Many times we have ask about this condition but all are waste. Mosquitoes are breeding and any epidemic deases may occur due this.

Please have a survey here and resolve this issue.
