Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — drainage covering work incomplete

I'm residing in sant nagar extn. Tilak nagar, west delhi.
Today i'm bringing it to your notice about the negligence of work of your mcd in this area.

About 4 5 years ago they started covering the drainage in this area but stopped in the middle. It's been 2 3 years now they haven't completed it.

Moreover every now and then they dig out all the garbage and put it on the street and it lays their for ages.

People of locality started facing breathing problems including me. And lots of other dangers diseases are spreading.
We already have given written complaints in the mcd of our locality but they moan and become deaf and dumb.

I'm writing this on behalf of entire locality that please take necessary action against the culprits and complete the drainage covering work which pending for so long.
