Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — edmc website not working

I need to pay my property tax for the current financial year, as i filled it online every year but now a days edmc website is not working and it shows that services for edmc have been stopped, i don't understand this is a important public platform and why it has been stopped.

The website must resume again for smoothly submission of property tax. If we ignore it and doesn't pay property tax then they will issue notices that we are not responsible citizens and not paying the property taxes.

I don't understand what to do.
