Respected sir,
This is to bring to your notice about the encroachment and unauthorized construction of shops on public land adjacent to plot no. 210, bhagat singh road, kewal park, azadpur, delhi -110033.
The area of plot no. 210 is 169 sq. Yards. However, there is an encroachment of 60 sq. Yards in the form of shops made on land adjacent in south direction of the plot.
I filed complaints with mcd north zone (Civil lines) in the past. Last complaint was filed on september 21, 2017. However, no action has been taken by any authority to remove the encroachment.
I would request you to please take action against the encroachment, including initiating process for the demolition of shops on encroached land.
