Sir / madam,

I want to bring this to you notice that i live in shastri nagar and there are people who are running there business in residential areas using the machines which are creating a lots of noise, its affecting a lot, disturbing piece of mind, also effecting are kid's study as exam's days are going on.

I request you to look into it, as it is really causing trouble for people staying there, i am not mentioning my name and house no. Here as i want to keep my details confidential because i am a resident of this area.
