Hello sir, I am Raj Kumar, R/o 1/6217, 2nd floor, gali no 4, East Rohtash nagar, shahadra, delhi-110032. I want to file a complaint against street dogs creating lot of panic and physical attack on local residents of our stret. These street dogs just keep on barking whole day and night lead to disturbance of all the residents. They have even attacked a lot of people nearby.
