Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Garbage Pickup Guys Bad behaviour and not picking the Garbage from my place

Garbage is not being picked UP from my Place in Khirki Malviya Nagar New Delhi and when requested they said they have picked up but they did not and when asking they started yelling saying they will not pick up. They have been showing very rude behavior as they are the kings because no other Garbage service available in my Area. Please help.
