Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — garbage van is not coming to our area

Dear sir,
My name is jyoti and i live in lado sarai village, in our area, a new service was started a month ago by the mcd to collect garbage on a van from every house, but for the last one week there has been no van here and due to which garbage has been collected in the houses of people and some of them are throwing it on the road or keeping aside of a poll or any wall.

I just want to know that is the service is only for a month or is there any holiday for a week or any other issue because we have been waiting since a week for the garbage van in our area and no one is there.
